Refunds and billing.

What's the refund policy?

Changed your mind? Write to us within 14 days and before your invites have gone out, and we'll refund the package in full. Unused add-ons can be refunded within 14 days too. After a refund, the features it unlocked stop working for that party. The terms have the details.

Will the free trial charge me when it ends?

No. The trial needs no card, and it never turns into a charge. You pay $29 once, only when you choose to unlock the party for everyone.

Is this a subscription?

No. $29 covers one party, once. There's no annual plan, nothing renews, and there's nothing to cancel.

How do I pay?

Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see your card number, and Stripe emails your receipt.

Do my guests ever pay or see ads?

Never. Guests don't pay, don't need an app, and never see an ad on your kid's invite.
