BirthdayPartyPal

How it works

Ten minutes tonight. A party that runs itself.

Here's exactly what happens, from "we should do something for the birthday" to the last kid picked up. No spreadsheets, no group chat, no chasing.

Step 1 · 2 minutes

Tell us about the birthday star.

A first name and the age they're turning. That one answer sets sensible defaults for everything else.

  • Little ones (1–4): parents stay, siblings welcome, a 60 to 90 minute party.
  • Kids (5–8): the whole-class option and a clear "Drop-off OK" or "Parents welcome".
  • Tweens and teens: sleepover and late-over pickups, and themes that aren't babyish.

What we never ask: last names, birthdates, schools or photos of your kid.

Step 2 · 3 minutes

Pick a theme and the kind of party.

Sleepover, backyard, pool, sports, movie night, arcade, spa or camping. Pick one and BirthdayPartyPal writes the invite, the plan, the shopping list, the reminders and the run of show.

  • 17 original themes, each with an opening title sequence and a party game
  • Everything is editable, and you see the real invite update as you type
  • Switch themes any time before the party; every link updates

Step 3 · 3 minutes

Add your guests. Even the whole class.

Paste a list in any format, pick from your phone's contacts, or print the book-bag card for the class and let families add themselves.

  • Messy lists are fine: "Theo and Mia, Marcus Bell 315-555-0102"
  • Siblings are grouped under one grown-up
  • The book-bag QR card means you never need the class list

Inviting just a few friends? Use private links instead of a class handout, so nobody's left out in public.

Step 4 · 1 minute

Send it. Then stop thinking about RSVPs.

Each family gets their own private link by text. Replies land in Party HQ the moment they tap. For families who haven't answered, Party HQ writes a private nudge you send in one tap, and the last one says, kindly, "no reply by Thursday counts as a no."

  • Guests don't need an app or an account
  • Nudges are one-to-one, never to a group
  • A live headcount of kids, siblings and staying grown-ups
Party day

Run the party from one screen.

Check kids in at the door and one tap texts their grown-up "arrived safely". See what's next on the run of show. Put Party TV on the big screen. Tap kids out at pickup.

  • Food and safety card with every allergy and pickup person
  • "Running late +15" shifts the whole schedule
  • Text one family or everyone, in one tap
After

Thank-yous, then it tidies itself up.

A thank-you text for every family who came is written and ready, in your words. Thirty days later, guest details erase themselves. Download the list first if you'd like it.

  • Thank-yous only to the families who came
  • Auto-erase 30 days after the party
  • No ads. No third-party trackers. Never sold or shared.
