About
Like a lot of parents, our founder threw birthday parties the hard way: a spreadsheet for who was coming, a group chat that never stopped buzzing, sticky notes for allergies, and a stack of paper invites that vanished into book bags. A week before the party, half the class still hadn't answered.
The party itself was great. Everything around it was exhausting. Not the doing, exactly, but the remembering, the chasing and the keeping track, usually by one parent, usually late at night.
So we built the thing we wished we'd had: one private link that handles the whole birthday, and makes it feel special while it's at it.
BirthdayPartyPal writes the invite and the plan, asks the questions parents actually need answered, lines up a nudge for the families who haven't replied, and runs party night from one screen. Then it erases itself.

A first name and an age. No photos, birthdates, schools or last names. Guest details erase themselves after the party.
Themes for every kid, never sorted by gender. Kind declines. Private nudges, never public chasing.
A small, independent team of parents and builders. We're new, we read every email, and we'd love to hear how your party goes: hello@birthdaypartypal.com.
